Irving police today are searching for a driver who rear ended a moped over the weekend, seriously injuring two people before fleeing the scene of the wreck, authorities said.
According to police, Isaac Morgan, 31, of Fort Worth and his passenger Charlotte Smith, 31, of Irving were riding in the center lane of State Highway 183 around 12:40 a.m. Saturday when their moped was hit by a small, dark car, possibly a Ford Probe.
